Most deliveries take place between 7am and 7pm. For larger items the driver may only be able to deliver to the kerbside.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Offshore Locations
There is an additional charge for delivery to these areas due to the remote location.
For Scottish Highlands this is £40 extra. For other offshore areas there is a one off delivery charge of £250.00.
Same day dispatch is available on most orders placed before 2pm.
All orders for Northern Ireland our delivery charge is £150.00.

Very very thick and feels good underfoot. When it arrives you’ll need 2 people to lift this. I struggled myself!

Ordered on the Wednesday, came on the Friday, fitted on Tuesday the week after. I chose this underlay because it was the heaviest in its class, and it certainly is that! Feels gorgeous to walk on. I felt sorry for the carpet fitter, it was quite hard work and heavy for him to fit, but i made him a cup of tea and he was fine ha ha!
